Born:New Haven,CT 1975 Raised:Hamden,CT Career:Rick started playing hockey at the age of six for Hamden Youth Hockey, he then went on to play for the famed Hamden High School hockey club from 1989 to 1993 leading the team in PIM'S every year, for his career he finished with 186 pim's in 38 games averaging over 4 pim's a game. After graduating in the spring of '93' Rick attended Johnson & Wales U. and made the hockey club there, Rick only played in five games before being released from the team following a bench clearing brawl which Rick was responsible for. In the summer of '96' Rick joined the CT.Screamin' Eagles roller hockey club and played for six years again leading the team in PIM'S with 458 in 77 games.
In 2006/2007 Rick played 1 game with the Mohawk Valley Icecats, was waived and signed by the Danville Pounders both teams were in the NEHL, Ricks pro career stats are 0g 0a 2pims in two total games.
In 2008/2009 Rick joined the Danbury Madhatters off-ice officials helping out in game day operations, Rick also filled in as Trainer/equiptment manager for 2 games during the season.
Rick still remains active on the ice and hopes to be in the 'Hatters lineup at some point this season.
